Qi2 is the newest wireless charging tech — faster, more efficient, and uses built-in magnets to snap your phone and other compatible devices into the perfect charging position every time. It delivers up to 15W of power and takes the guesswork out of charging.
Qi2 is backed by the same group that created the original Qi standard, and it's now being adopted by all the big players. If you’ve got an iPhone 13 or newer (including the iPhone 14 and 15 range), you’re already good to go — they all support Qi2 thanks to MagSafe. Android brands like Samsung and Google are jumping on board too, with some Qi2-compatible models rolled out in 2024.

Most items can be returned within 30 days of the order shipment date, provided they are in original unused condition with all packaging, warranties and accessories included.

Express shipping will be offered for items under a certain length and/or weight and will display during the checkout process, if applicable for your order.
Orders placed after noon will be shipped the next business day (excluding weekends and WA public holidays).
Heavy/oversize items, hazardous items or items that include liquid do not qualify for Express Delivery because they cannot be sent via air.

Most small orders will be shipped by Startrack or Australia Post if the order fits within its weight/dimensions guidelines. Larger orders are shipped using the most economical options from one of our other transport partners.

Delivery to PO BOXES
Oversized products, dangerous goods, some various other items that require special packaging cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. You will not see a shipping option if your cart contains these items and you have entered a PO box in the shipping address field. Either change your shipping address to a physical address or contact us to provide a quote for shipping your items to a PO box.
